About Us

We are two sisters with a passion for self-care. Like so many other women, we were neglecting ourselves and taking care of others. So busy with being wives, mothers, entrepreneurs, and the many other hats we wear. We were only doing what we saw our generations of women do. Don’t get us wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking care of others, but we decided to start making self-care a priority. We realize that small acts of self-care positively influence our mental well-being in that it decreases our stress levels, increases our energy, and helps us put our best foot forward.
